Description: The Pug is a stubby and muscular dog with a wide chest. They received their name Pug from the Latin word that means "clenched fist". To communicate with people they make grunting noises, somewhat like a pig. It is also hard for them to breathe because of their nose. They are very kind and are fairly easy to trian. Over all these dogs are really great.

Description: Golden Retrievers are powerful, active, and well balanced. They possesses a personality that is eager, alert and self-confident. A companion, family pet, and an excellent guide or service dog. Gentle with children, they enjoy the endless attention children provide. Goldens love to swim and should be allowed to do so whenever possible. Though he will adapt well to a kennel environment. They need human companionship and a lot of love. They are also great at hunting.

Huskys
Description: The Siberian Husky has a sweet nature and is a breed who is suited for the whole family, but they do not make a good guard dog. Gentle in character with a determined look they are a very people oriented dog. Males have a tendency to roam and need to be kept in a fenced in area. Siberian Huskys are strong and have the ability to haul heavy loads over long distances and rough terrain. They will happily pull a young child in a wagon or sled.

Description: The Cairn Terrier is an active, small working terrier. they are free in movement, strong, but not heavily built. His head is shorter and wider than any other terriers and well furnished with hair giving a general foxy expression. they are a wonderful family dog, but will always remember his ancestry as a "sporting terrier". they make a very active, inquisitive and "ready to go" dog. they are a great dog for the house and are very good with children. Energetic and always on the watch, he will alert you to the presence of strangers by growling.

Akitas need space and should not be confined.

A truly trustworthy friend can be found in them makes a great family pet as he is eager to romp and play. A good watchdog he can be trained to hunt. He will adapt well to a home or kennel environment, but new owners should be aware of natural hunting instincts and he should not be left alone for long periods of time or else he might make trouble. Beagles are also extremely friendly to people, especially strangers(that includes young children).

Description:The Greyhound is the fastest dog in the world, researching speeds of over 40 miles per hour, commonly used in the sport of dog racing. This is an ancient breed, believed to have descended from the Arabian Sloughi and brought to England by traders long before 900 AD. The Greyhound was used long ago for hunting deer and wild board. This breed does not get along well with smaller, non-canine animals, especially rabbits and cats.

Their primary function was to drive fox from their den and kill them. They were also used to hunt otter, badger, and marten.
