Hello!
I have a bichon named Pudgy. I have had Pudgy for 3 years now. He is around 8 no one know for sure - he was left at a park and the SPCA picked him up. Pudge is quite a character but we've been battling Cushings Disease and Cancer- thus the name Pudgy. He's winning the battle though and he's AWSOME!! He has 2 puggie brothers named Bugsy and Frank who are also rescues. They're my boys. Your 4 letter baby is a beauty!

Kasper was my best friend! She met me in January 1997 when I made a delivery to the house where she was living. The owner of that house had several small dogs--very yappy, and always underfoot. The owner of that house asked me if I would like to have Kasper; I looked at Kasper and she looked at me, and we decided right then to try it out. Kasper was happy travelling with me as I delivered pharmaceuticals part time, and so she became my official co-pilot and guard dog. She never complained, even when it was a hot summer day and I had to leave the car for 10-15 minutes. Believe you me, nobody could come near that car when she was in it. She accepted the other members of my family as soon as she realized they were as precious to me as she had become. When we were at the warehouse, she guarded that as if it were hers. In fact, she wouldn't let even the mail man come in! As she aged, her hips started giving her trouble, and about her 13th birthday, she began having so much pain in her hips that I started to give her aspirin (72 mg) to ease the pain. This worked for her for several months, but the aspirin was taking its toll in that she became very lethargic and whenever she was not in the car, she would find a place to sleep. So I took her off the aspirin, but the pain got so much within a few hours that she wimpered. As you may know, dogs do not give much evidence of suffering pain, so it had to be extreme for her to whimper. There were other physical signs of her torment--inability to sleep, restlessness, extreme behaviour changes. I finally had to relieve har pain (aspirin did not work any more) and took her to her veterinarian. The only thing that we could do to relieve her pain was euthanize her. I stayed with her and held her as she fell asleep for the last time. Kasper, my best friend, may you rest in peace, and God willing, we shall meet again! Sincerely, bobi

Easy when you know how!
First log in - You do this by clicking on the green writing in the top righthand corner of the Dog Book front page that says 'sign into wetpaint'.
You will then be asked your username 'kaydo' and the password you gave when you registered.
Your username will then come up on the righthand side of the page written in blue, click on your username.
Your profile will now come up. To change your little picture click on edit image which is written directly under your picture.
To change your profile click on easy edit which has a little pencil next to it and can be found directly under edit image.
Hope this helps you Debbie

Katie is a 2 and a half year old dog (20 years in dog years). We got her from a rescue center in the summer. She is the friendliest dog to strangers and she is playful with children. She has big ears and a big nose and that is funny. She is spoiled and she gets treats all the time because when she chews up a magazine, we have to give her a treat to stop. But there are things that tick me off about Katie like whenever she whines and barks at animals or other dogs at home or when she jumps up on the table to like the scraps. But I love Katie and so does everone else!

My dogs are named Buddy and Tedy. Tedy is the older one who's black, and Buddy is cream one. They are a pain in the butt!!!! They fight, bark, and tick me off so much!!! But I still love them. They are non-alergetic because i am allergic to dogs. Buddy is so spoiled, when Tedy is the lay back and chill dog. They are so cool. And love them!

Maddie the Golden Retriever
This is my dog Maddie she was little than but now is a lot bigger. She and my old dog Purdy inspiered me to make this site. My dog has many problems with her body she was probably the runt of the litter luckily my family took her in and took care of her. I know it sounds like we got her from a shelter but we didn't we got her from a breeder. I love Maddie even though she is a pain in the butt. Now Maddie is 9 months old and only knows how to sit and stay. I do all i say on the website with her and now she is a nice and friendly dog. I love her and I know for a fact she loves me back! She is full of herself and thinks she a princess. My mom always gives her what she wants. Maddie spoiled but just a little bit. She is a good girl so I think she deserves a bit of the special treatment.
